Hours: 8:30 am 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: GBP95+

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and enthusiastic EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Trafford. This role focuses on providing tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with additional learning needs, helping them to thrive in their educational journey.

As an EYFS SEN TA, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities.
Create a nurturing, stimulating environment to support children’s emotional and academic development.
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure each childs needs are met.
Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among students.

Requirements:
We are looking for an EYFS SEN TA who has:

Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in the Early Years (desirable).
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and staff.
A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
Eligibility:

Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
