Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN TA in Enfield to start ASAP in a dedicated SEN school.

You will provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions for children with SEN, including ASD and complex needs, building strong relationships and maintaining engagement in learning. The role emphasises a nurturing approach, communication, independence and emotional wellbeing, with on-site parking and easy access by public transport.

The Role - SEN TA

I am recruiting for an experienced SEN TA to provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions for children with SEN, including ASD and complex needs.

The ideal SEN TA will have experience supporting children with additional needs, although this does not need to have been in a school setting. You will have a nurturing approach and be able to build positive relationships while keeping children engaged in their learning. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' communication, independence and emotional wellbeing.

The School - SEN TA

This SEN school in Enfield supports children aged 4-16 and provides a safe, engaging learning environment. The staff work closely together to deliver stimulating activities that meet each pupil's individual needs.

The school offers fortnightly CPD and training led by the SLT, ensuring staff have a consistent approach to supporting pupils. There is on-site parking, and the school is a short walk from the nearest station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
