Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking an experienced SEN Mentor for an ASAP start in Enfield. You will support pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to promote engagement and positive outcomes.

In this role you will partner with teachers to implement behaviour strategies, monitor progress, and model calm, constructive communication to help pupils regulate emotions and stay focused on learning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Help pupils manage challenging situations and encourage positive behaviour.
• Support behaviour regulation and engagement inside and outside the classroom.
