Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting three Support Workers for a SEN school just outside Lymington. The role is full-time and permanent, starting ASAP, with an hourly rate of £14.24–£14.50 depending on qualifications and experience. You will support pupils aged 4–11 with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and related needs.

Joining Vision for Education means safeguarding responsibilities are taken seriously, and DBS checks will be completed. A driving licence is desirable, and refer-a-friend bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
• Desirable: Health & Social Care related qualification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required

Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 4–11 with SEMH and associated needs inside and outside the classroom
• Promote emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour and confidence
• Assist teaching staff and external professionals in delivering tailored support
• Help pupils engage with learning and develop essential life skills
• Build strong relationships with children needing additional support
