Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting three Support Workers for a SEN school just outside Lymington. The role is full-time and permanent, starting ASAP, with an hourly rate of £14.24–£14.50 depending on qualifications and experience. Vision for Education are recruiting for 3x Support Workers on a full-time basis for a specialist SEN school just outside Lymington, starting ASAP.

As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to pupils aged 4-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils may also have associated needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, anxiety disorders, and communication difficulties.
You will work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will focus on promoting emotional wellbeing, encouraging positive behaviour, building confidence, and helping pupils engage with their learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Every day is different, and you will play a key role in helping pupils develop essential life skills, build positive relationships, and experience success both academically and socially.
We are looking for individuals who are positive, caring, and able to build strong relationships with children who require additional support to access education.
