Qualifications

• GCSE English or equivalent required.
• Understanding of how children learn and engage.

• Support SEND students inside and outside the classroom.
• Adapt and deliver learning activities as agreed.
• Motivate and engage students to realise potential.
• Promote inclusion and positive school climate.
• Assist teacher with classroom management.
• Build positive relationships with pupils.
