Job summary

Millfields First School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning, progress, wellbeing and development of pupils under the direction of teaching and senior staff.

The role includes dedicated one-to-one support for pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities, delivery of planned interventions, and assistance with personal or medical needs and first aid where required. Fixed term contract for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Supports learning, progress, wellbeing and development of pupils under supervision.
• Assist individuals and groups, including pupils with SEN and disabilities.
• Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with an EHCP when required.
• Deliver planned interventions and assist with personal or medical needs and first aid.

Responsibilities
