Job summary

Lincroft Academy is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support SEN students across a range of ages and needs. You will liaise with staff to identify the best ways to help pupils access the curriculum and participate in wider school life.

The role includes delivering targeted interventions to small groups, working with experienced colleagues in a supportive team, and accessing ongoing training opportunities to develop skills and impact student well-being and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEN students across a range of ages and needs.
• Ability to work effectively within a school team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding best practices and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference to children’s learning and progression.
• Liaise with staff to identify best ways to support curriculum access.
• Deliver interventions to small groups when required.
