Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable people, SEN experience preferred but not essential.
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN needs in the classroom and during activities.
• Assist teachers with planning, adapting, and delivering tailored learning support.
• Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence.
