Protocol Education is seeking SEND Learning Support Assistants to work in various primary schools within Swindon and surrounding areas.
The role involves working with children with ASD, SLD, complex learning disabilities, SEMH needs, or those with educational needs declarations. Schools aim to support each pupil to develop confidence, succeed in individual targets, and foster a passion for learning. Staff are expected to motivate, challenge, and provide dedicated guidance to all students, regardless of their personal needs.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
