Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to support students in reaching their full potential? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Preston. The school caters for students with a range of additional needs including ASD, SLD, MLD and PMLD.

Your role will include:

• Supporting students with a variety of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SLD, PMLD and speech & language difficulties.
• Assisting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
• Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What we are looking for:

• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to learning support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare, Healthcare or similar) – desirable but not required.
