Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools and SEN provisions across Bolton. This role focuses on supporting pupils with a range of needs and delivering 1:1 and small-group support to help them access learning and build confidence.

You'll work closely with teachers and SEN staff in a safe, inclusive environment, developing positive relationships with pupils and supporting communication, social and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Experience in SEN, education, care, youth work or similar.
• Patient, compassionate and resilient.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Committed to helping children reach their potential.
• Experience supporting ASD, ADHD, MLD or complex needs is desirable.
