Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking compassionate SEN Support Workers to assist pupils with diverse needs across local schools. You will provide tailored in-class and on-site support, helping students build independence, confidence and engage in learning activities.

We welcome candidates with experience in SEN or a genuine passion for helping young people. Flexible full-time or part-time roles, weekly pay, and ongoing training are offered to support your professional growth.

SEN Support Workers Wanted – Join Our Growing Team!

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN (Special Educational Needs) Support Workers to join our expanding team. If you have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs and are passionate about helping them reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As an SEN Support Worker, you will work in schools and educational settings, providing tailored support to pupils with a range of needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Speech and Language Needs
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Learning Difficulties
  • Physical Disabilities

Your role will involve supporting students both in and out of the classroom, encouraging independence, building confidence, and creating a positive learning environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
