Job summary

An educational support organization in West Sussex is seeking qualified SEN/SEND Tutors to provide tailored education for young people with special educational needs. This role offers flexible hours, remote opportunities, and requires teaching qualifications along with a passion for transforming lives. Successful candidates will help at-risk students achieve their educational goals through creative and trauma-informed methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
  • Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or other Additional Educational Needs.
  • You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic and engaging sessions that meet the young person's needs.
  • Plan each teaching/tutoring/mentoring session.
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on progress.
