Job summary

A leading educational support organization in West Sussex is seeking SEN / SEND Tutors to provide personalized tutoring for young people with Special Educational Needs. This role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and requires a commitment to improving educational outcomes for vulnerable learners. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience required.
• Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, or SLD is essential.
• Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct tutoring sessions for students with special needs.
• Provide feedback on young person's progress.
• Engage in child-centred teaching approaches.

Skills

Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
