Job summary

A dynamic education support organization in Oxfordshire is seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to provide tailored one-on-one tutoring for young people with various educational needs. The role involves engaging children in a creative, trauma-informed manner to support their academic and social-emotional development. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of teaching experience and relevant professional qualifications. Opportunities for flexible work hours and remote assignments are included.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience required.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding processes is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND.
  • Plan each tutoring session to be holistic and engaging.
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback.
