You will support day-to-day office operations, manage pupil records, liaise with parents and external professionals, and assist with EHCP administration. The role requires experience in schools or SEN settings, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the school and staff.
  • Be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and external professionals.
  • Manage calls, emails and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain pupil records and school databases accurately.
  • Assist with attendance administration and follow up unexplained absences.
  • Maintain safeguarding records and assist with EHCPs and annual reviews.
  • Liaise with parents about appointments and general queries.
  • Support safeguarding and GDPR compliance and staff with filing and documentation.
  • Prepare letters, reports and meeting documents.
  • Support organisation of meetings, events and school activities.
  • Assist with invoices and general financial admin when required.
