SEN Teacher – PSHE & Citizenship Specialist | Weston-super-Mare (BS22) | Immediate Start

We’re working with a brilliant SEN school in Weston-super-Mare (BS22) who are looking for a compassionate and creative teacher to lead PSHE and Citizenship lessons that truly make a difference.

Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering personalised PSHE and Citizenship lessons for students with a range of special educational needs — including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and more
Creating a nurturing, inclusive space where every voice is heard
Collaborating with a dedicated support team to adapt learning and celebrate progress
Building trust with students and families — helping young people grow emotionally, socially, and academically
What you’ll bring to the role:
QTS or equivalent, plus a good knowledge of PSHE/Citizenship topics
Experience (or a strong interest) in working with SEN learners
Empathy, resilience, and the kind of energy that lifts a room

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
