A friendly and welcoming primary school is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and work within their SEN Unit, supporting children with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and non-verbal communication needs.
The Role
In this role, you will provide 1:1 and group support for a child with SEN in Reception and Year 1. The children are academically capable but require support to concentrate on tasks, integrate with peers, and regulate their emotions.
The school seeks an SEN Teaching Assistant with a caring, resilient approach and previous experience in a school setting.
This role is offered on a full-time contract basis from September 2024 until July 2025. The hours are 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
