  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and the school SENCO to deliver tailored interventions

  • Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment that encourages learning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
  • A calm, patient approach with a genuine interest in supporting individual pupil needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to take part in professional development and school-based training
  • Full-time availability from after the Easter half-term
