Senploy is recruiting a passionate SEN Teacher to work in a primary school in Wythenshawe, Manchester. This full-time role starts after the October half-term, with responsibilities for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.

You will work closely with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the wider school team to support pupil progress, manage the classroom effectively and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.

Qualifikationen

• Holds QTS or is an ECT.
• Has experience within a UK primary school setting, including teaching placements for ECTs.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Confident with classroom and behaviour management.
• Can plan and adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
• Passionate about pupil progress and attainment.
• Organised, reliable and works well in a school team.
• Has the right to work in the UK and is available full time, Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience taking responsibility for a primary class.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Strong knowledge across the primary curriculum.
• Experience using assessment to inform planning and support pupil progress.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning effectively to support pupils of varying abilities and needs.
• Support pupils with SEND in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and wider school activities.
• Fulfil all professional responsibilities in line with the Teachers' Standards.
