Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of SEN experience in primary educational settings.
• Direct background supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
• A highly supportive, hands-on mindset that benefits both classroom teachers and students.
• Strong classroom management capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Passion for guiding children of all abilities toward their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Working primary 1:1 assignments with pupils needing tailored educational assistance.
• Leading small-group support sessions to boost engagement and confidence.
• Helping teachers deliver accessible, interactive lessons tailored to diverse learning profiles.
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborating with school staff to maintain cohesive learning routines.
