Your new role
Inthis job as an SEN Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work with a team of specialiststo support pupils with a range of additional needs to access this schools’bespoke curriculum. Alongside delivering this sensory-focused curriculum you'llsupport children with personal care and mobility. Hays SEN Practitioners make apositive impact on the lives of children and young people who have a range ofcare needs, life experiences and personalities which make every day different!You’ll benefit from on-going support from your Hays consultant, Hollie, whowill be there for you throughout this placement and beyond.
What you need to succeed
Tosucceed in your new job, you’ll have experience working with SEN children agedbetween 2 and 5 years old. You’ll be proactive and adaptable to working withchildren with a range ofplex educational and physical needs. You'll beprepared to take on full-time hours on a term-time only basis. Mostimportantly, you’ll be confident stepping into a new school and ready toquickly build relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents.
