Job Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, Rushden

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Rushden, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You will be caring for children, supporting their development, sharing stories, and having fun to meet their needs.

Role responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of quality in environment, resources, and experiences for children.
• Take on key carer responsibilities for assigned children.
• Provide rich, stimulating experiences suitable for each child's age and development stage.
• Prepare and support children's activities.
• In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, manage the environment effectively.
• Ensure practice and provision meet the Early Years Foundation Stage standards.
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare.
