Qteg in Hackney is recruiting an experienced SEN Mentor to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will help pupils engage in lessons, manage their emotions and develop confidence and independence, working closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions.

This permanent, full-time role is based in a specialist SEN school in Hackney and focuses on pupils with ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs. The successful candidate will build positive relationships and support behaviour goals.

As an SEN Mentor, you will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with their individual learning and behaviour goals. This role would suit someone who is patient, nurturing and confident managing challenging behaviour.

This role is based within a specialist SEN school in Hackney, supporting pupils with additional learning, social and emotional needs. The team works closely with families and professionals to provide a structured, supportive environment where pupils can make progress.
