Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Mentor for a September start at a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and engage with lessons.

Salary is £100-£130 per day DOE, and the school offers a supportive environment with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Ability to build positive relationships and support emotional wellbeing.

Responsibilities

The Role - SEN Mentor

As an SEN Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills while encouraging positive engagement in lessons. You will work alongside teachers, Teaching Assistants and the wider pastoral team to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
