Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking an SEN Mentor for an Enfield setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN/SEMH, helping them regulate emotions and engage with lessons.

The role starts ASAP and offers a daily rate aligned with experience (£90-£120 per day). You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored strategies in a structured school environment.

The Role - SEN Mentor

I am recruiting for an SEN Mentor to work in a specialist school in Enfield. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them manage their emotions, build confidence and take part in learning. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to follow individual support plans, encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop the skills they need both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal Mentor will be patient, reliable and able to build trust with pupils.
