Job summary

Selly Oak Trust School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support students with diverse needs during the break period. You will help supervise activities, promote positive behaviour, and support communication and emotional regulation in a structured, caring environment.

Hours 11:30am - 1:30pm, five days a week. Fixed term until 31 December 2027. Salary £5,576-£6,337 per annum (including SEN allowance).

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods and support healthy break-time activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and assist with social interactions and emotional regulation.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing of students in designated lunch areas.
