TeacherActive is partnering with a specialist SEN provision in Bromley to recruit an SEN LSA on a long-term basis starting in September. The role involves supporting students with SEN and complex needs, including personal care where required, promoting independence and engagement throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, with dedicated consultants, CPD opportunities, and market-leading pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and complex needs.
• Confidence providing personal care where required.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN in classroom activities.
