Smile Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs in Grimsby schools, working with the Enquire Learning Trust. Opportunities start September 2026, with flexible supply, long-term and permanent roles.
Weekly pay is £95–£110 per day, with a £100 joining bonus after 10 days and a £200 referral bonus for bringing in another education professional. Enhanced DBS required or to be obtained.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Whether you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or have transferable experience supporting children with additional needs, we have exciting opportunities available from September 2026.
