Job summary

Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner to join the SEND department on a full-time, term-time only basis. The role involves working with and supervising pupils in a classroom, delivering the pre-planned curriculum and cover work during staff absence to ensure quality learning.

Experience in a secondary school with SEN/SEMH needs and delivering personalised learning to raise attainment is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a secondary school with students with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Ability to deliver personalised learning and raise attainment.
• Capable of supervising and supporting pupils in a classroom setting.
