Job summary

Bede's Trust in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join the Learning Enhancement Department of our Prep School. You will support pupils from Reception to Year 6, with a focus on those with emerging or identified SEN, working with the class teacher and Head of Learning Enhancement to plan and deliver adaptive teaching.

You will run 1:1 or small-group interventions to support speech and language, literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills and study skills, helping

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning from Reception to Year 6, with SEN focus.
• Ability to plan and deliver adaptive teaching with the LE team.
• Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
