Experience as a Teaching Assistant with SEN needs and the ability to work flexibly within a values-led academy are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant providing one-to-one support for a child with SEN is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a child with significant SEN within the Resource Base.
• Help pupils overcome barriers, build confidence and reach their potential.
• Support learning needs including dyslexia or English as an additional language and work with individuals or small groups.
