Ormiston NEW Academy in Wolverhampton invites applications for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA). You will provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with significant SEN needs within our Resource Base, working alongside teaching staff to unlock potential and foster inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• LSA role involves supporting learning and overcoming barriers for students.
• Experience assisting pupils with SEN needs is preferred.
• Ability to work one-to-one or in small groups in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with learning activities and behavioural development.
