Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Salford. The role is term-time only, with PAYE daily rates of £95–£100, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will provide tailored 1:1 and group support to pupils with Autism and learning difficulties.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people or vulnerable adults.
• Strong understanding of Autism and learning difficulties, including behaviour regulation and sensory needs.
• Patient, resilient, adaptable, confident in a specialist school setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support.
• Help pupils develop communication, independence and confidence in learning.
• Work with a warm SEN team to support pupil progress in a calm, structured environment.
