Job summary

Ratby Primary School is seeking three Learning Support Assistants to join the Bradgate Education Partnership. The role is 26.25 hours per week, term time plus inset, on a fixed-term contract until 22 August 2027. You will work in either KS1 or KS2 providing targeted support to pupils, including those with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, classroom experience, strong literacy/numeracy, and excellent communication. The Trust offers development and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Teaching and Learning.
• Experience of working in a classroom environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils to access learning and develop independence.
• Deliver small-group interventions and provide one-to-one support where required.
• Assist in implementing strategies and support plans for diverse learning and behavioural needs.
