Job summary

Treetops Learning Community is seeking Teaching Assistants to work with class teams and support students with complex needs. The role may involve supporting all pupils in the class or 1:1 support for a named student. Previous SEN experience is preferable but not essential.

You will join a creative and dynamic staff team, with a commitment to safeguarding, high expectations for learners, and a supportive school environment. Visits encouraged.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and are versatile to support teachers in delivering learning.

Responsibilities
