Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.
• Assist children with SEN, speech and language difficulties, autism, physical or medical needs.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with staff to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
