Job summary

Milk Education is working with welcoming and supportive SEN schools across Guildford seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams from September 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, work alongside teachers to deliver inclusive lessons, and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in school or similar settings.
• Passionate about supporting children with SEND.
• Patient, caring and resilient.
• Confident with 1:1 and small group support.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Support learning access, build confidence, and achieve goals.
• Work with teachers to deliver inclusive lessons.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Promote positive behaviour and independence in the classroom.
