Salary: £88.94–£104.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join schools in Horncastle. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA), you will work closely with students diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, offering tailored academic and emotional support to help them engage positively with the curriculum and school life. You will support in-class learning, small group activities, and one-to-one interventions under the guidance of teaching and SEN staff.
