Learning Support Assistant – SEN Support (Grimsby)
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: Starting at £90 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives? We are currently looking for a committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in schools across the Grimsby area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Promote inclusive learning and emotional development
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN is advantageous
A genuine desire to support young people in their educational journey
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A valid Child Workforce Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
All required vetting checks will be completed prior to placement
