Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across secondary schools in Gateshead. This role starts in September 2026 and follows a term-time, Monday to Friday pattern.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups to aid engagement, learning and wellbeing, collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to tailor support to each student’s needs. We welcome compassionate applicants with experience in SEN, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a patient, confident

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
