Job summary

Randstad Education in Lancing is recruiting for a temporary role in an SEMH school, starting September and running term-time to allow school holidays. The position offers a daily rate of £89-£100 and a pathway to a permanent role with a £23,000 pa salary after a 12-week probation.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:30-15:30 and Friday 08:30-15:00. Applicants should have an Enhanced DBS on the update service, and be prepared for personal care duties.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mental health, crisis support, or youth justice.
• Grades 4/C in English and Maths GCSE.
• A driving licence and access to a car due to remote campus location.
• Trauma-informed approach to learning and support.
• Willingness to do personal care.
