Are you a passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant ready to make a real difference?

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Bristol (Brislington), to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, Non-Verbal needs, or other high needs, this could be the role for you!

* SEN Learning Support Assistant
* Bristol, BS4
* Full-time, Permanent
* Start Date: ASAP
* £90 - £125 per day (dependent on experience)

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with children who have SEN, helping them to achieve their targets and supporting their development in a mainstream school setting. You’ll need to be adaptable, empathetic, and committed to providing an inclusive environment for a child with ASD, ADHD, Non-Verbal needs, and more.

* Support children with SEN in achieving their learning and developmental goals.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Work closely with other teachers and professionals to create tailored learning plans.
* Provide direct support to children with high needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and Non-Verbal communication needs.

Key Requirements:

* Maths and English GCSE grade A*- C / 9 - 4 or equivalent
* Prior experience supporting children with SEN.
* A passion for working inclusively with children with additional needs, especially ASD, ADHD, and Non-Verbal.
* A nurturing and patient approach to supporting children's unique needs.
