GSL Education is supporting an SEND school in Tavistock seeking Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis.
The school offers a personalised wrap-around education for students with complex needs or EHCP pupils at risk of residential placements.
Each child receives high levels of support, often including one-to-one assistance and bespoke timetables based on thematic learning experiences. The curriculum is tailored to engage students, build resilience, and support rapid academic progress.
The school has multiple settings, and we are looking for candidates willing to work across KS3-4.
These roles can be challenging, as children may present challenging behaviour. Resilience and commitment are essential.
This role requires a clean UK driving license and own car, which can be used for business purposes.
