Job summary

Compensation ranges from £25 to £35 per hour, along with travel and resource allowances, and the chance to work flexibly within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
• Availability for a minimum of 2 consistent weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 or 2:1 with children in homes or specialist settings.
• Plan and deliver personalized educational sessions.
• Monitor and report on student progress after each session.
