Job summary

A leading educational organization in Ealing is seeking a SEN Education and Engagement Specialist to provide personalized learning sessions for young people with Special Educational Needs. This flexible role involves working 1:1 or 2:1 with learners in their homes or settings, planning engaging educational experiences in Maths and English. Candidates should have a background in supporting SEN/SEMH students and be available for at least two weekdays. Competitive hourly pay and additional benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection is up-to-date.
• Consistent availability on at least 2 weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and young people in educational settings or homes.
• Plan and deliver creative, personalized learning sessions.
• Engage with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs.
