Sparsholt College Group is seeking a dedicated ALS Keyworker to support students with Special Educational Needs at Sparsholt Campus, Hampshire. This role offers flexible working patterns, with part-time and full-time hours across 22.5–37 per week and up to 37 weeks per year, with a salary up to £21,459 per annum, dependent on hours, qualifications, skills and experience.

You will work with SEN officers to ensure EHCP requirements are delivered, manage a caseload, liaise with parents, and help

Competenze

• Experience working with young people (ideally in an educational setting).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Willingness to undertake further professional development.
• A positive and proactive attitude.

Mansioni

• Support students in class and across the college day, in groups or 1-1.
• Manage a caseload of key students and ensure course requirements and progression.
• Liaise with parents and carers to deliver EHCP requirements.
• Work with SEN officers to ensure timely reviews and progress toward targets.
