Job summary

Senovo is recruiting SEN Intervention Teaching Assistants for Enfield. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group literacy, numeracy, communication or learning skills interventions and record progress for teachers and SENCOs. A Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable; QTS not required.

• Ability to follow structured programmes and adapt resources.
• EHCP outcomes awareness and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned 1:1 and small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy, communication or learning skills.
• Adapt resources to individual needs and track progress for teachers and SENCOs.
• Record learner progress and communicate outcomes to the SEN team.
