Job summary

Senovo is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism, ADHD, communication needs and learning difficulties in Croydon. You will provide structured classroom, 1:1 and small-group support within school settings.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to complete Senovo's compliance. A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential; QTS is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, communication needs and learning difficulties.
• Ability to provide structured classroom, 1:1 and small-group support.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured classroom support, 1:1 and small-group assistance.
• Follow EHCP strategies and adapt resources to promote engagement, regulation and independence.
